SUMMARY

Job Description

Part-time Office Manager for a farm office located near Bordentown, NJ. Must be computer and database proficient (Mac experience a plus), mature, reliable and friendly. Duties include maintaining and improving customer database, communicating with customers and potential customers via our group email program, answering phones and emails and providing excellent customer service. Must be a people person, while maintaining social distancing when required. Must be an excellent planner, a self-starter and able to work well independently. Also will assist farm managers in developing more efficient office processes, hiring appropriate staff when necessary. Inventorying and ordering supplies, preparing and placing marketing and classified ads and providing human resources management. Bilingual English/Spanis a plus.

Wage Description

$15-$18/hour depending on experience and skill level.
