Job Description
Planters' Choice Nursery is looking for a knowledgeable nursery professional to work in either our Newtown or Watertown CT sales yards. The Sales rep is responsible for helping customers identify, find, and load plant material. Sales reps will be expected to know a good deal about horticulture and plants, be able to work outside in all weather conditions, and be able to work collaboratively with our yard crews to maintain nursery upkeep. They will also be expected to operate our wheel-loaders (will be trained). Candidates must have good attention to detail, be able to work overtime and Saturdays, be able to lift 50lbs and stand during shifts, and work quickly in a fast paced environment.
