Job Description

High end horse boarding facility is seeking a well rounded equestrian to oversee a large equestrian boarding operation. Farm is approximately 120 acres with a maximum of 50 horses. This would be a working manager position to supervise and guide staff to complete all daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Must have excellent communication skills. Our barn is about 1/3 dressage, 1/3 Hunter/Jumper and 1/3 pleasure riders and retired horses. Qualified applicant will be English speaking, have great attention to detail, not afraid of hard work, people skills related to both staff and customers, experience with horses, experience with relevant farm equipment, ability to work under pressure and multitask. References are required. In person interview required.
