The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) assists migration and/or seasonal farm workers and members of their immediate family to obtain a General Education Development (GED). HEP aims for students to gain better employment, begin postsecondary education or vocational training, or enlist in the US military. HEP provides many benefits which includes: free textbooks and materials, free GED testing, career readiness workshops, and financial assistances based on need, flexible class schedule including, but not limited to, evening and Saturday classes. ----------------------------------------- Este programa ofrece servicios de asesoría con oportunidades de enriquecimiento y ayuda para obtener con éxito su Desarrollo Educativo General, (GED) por sus siglas en Inglés. The College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) is a grant-funded transitional first year program from the US Office of Migrant Education that assists students from migrant and/or seasonal farm work backgrounds. Our mission is to provide financial support, instructional and technological support, and supplemental educational opportunities that will help students reach their goals at the University of North Georgia and beyond.
